1. 14 day right of return
Please note that you can return items to us within 14 days. However, we can only take back unused items.
Please ensure that you pack the product appropriately, do not remove attached labels and do not stain the item.
2. How do I get my money back?
As soon as we have received the return and checked it, we will refund the amount. The reimbursement varies depending on the payment method and will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Prepayment: A credit to your bank account from which the transfer was made.
Credit Card: A credit to your credit card account. You can see the booking on your next credit card statement.
Purchase on Invoice: A reduction in your invoice by the value of the returned item. You then only pay for the goods that you have kept (and any shipping costs incurred). If the transfer has already been made, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
If the goods are returned by express delivery, the amount due will not be refunded.
3. New delivery
If you would like a new delivery, e.g. in a different size or color, please order a new one in our online shop. This way, you can immediately see whether the desired article is still available. If there are only small stocks left, you can secure your copy right away.
4. Complaints
If an article is damaged or defective, you can complain to us.
For this we need your help:
- Please send us a brief description of how the defect/damage arose.
- To document the defect, add 4-5 significant pictures to your description. The defect must be clearly visible on at least one picture. In addition, the entire article must be photographed once from the front and once from the back.
- Please send the photos by email to buchhaltung@strikegolf.eu. Please ensure that your email, including photos, does not exceed 25 MB in size. You are welcome to send us your photos in ZIP, RAR or JPEG format in an email.
- After receiving the photos, your request will be checked as soon as possible. You will receive feedback from us within a few days about how to proceed.
5. Payment with Credit Card
With us you can also pay conveniently and securely by credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. Please note that we only accept these up to an invoice amount of € 800. Your credit card will only be charged when your shipment leaves our company. When you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your credit card account. Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL process. Thanks to this high security standard, shopping at strikegolf.eu by credit card is safe.
Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code enable particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the Internet using special encryption methods.
6. Payment by Invoice
If you choose the invoice payment method, you can pay for your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, we can only offer you this payment method up to a shopping cart value of up to €500 and with the same delivery and billing address. It is not possible to order gift vouchers on account.
We check the payment modalities for each order. Please understand that not all payment methods are always available to you.

When making the transfer, please make sure to include your order number (NOT the invoice number) in the intended use and always transfer different orders separately. This is the only way we can correctly assign your payment. In the case of a return, we will immediately refund the purchase amount.
7. Shipping
We do not charge any shipping costs in Austria and Germany on our items from €70 order value. Between €30 and €70 we charge €5.95 and between €0 and €30 we charge €8.95.
8. Shipping time
The mail route usually takes three to five working days. You will receive an email when your goods leave our company. This also contains the tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment online 24 hours after it has been dispatched.
9. Logistics partner
The dispatch takes place with the Hermes Logistik Gruppe, the delivery is taken over by Österreichische Post AG, as well as the DPD parcel service. The parcel service offers you a shipment tracking system on its homepage. With the handover to the parcel service, you will receive your parcel number from us by email. This way you can find out about the current status of the delivery from 24 hours after dispatch.
10. Parcel Tracking
With the handover to the parcel service, you will receive your tracking number from us by email. This means that you can always find out about the current delivery status on the parcel service's homepage and see where your parcel is at the moment.
If the parcel has still not arrived with you one week after the dispatch confirmation and has not been handed over to the neighbors, please contact buchhaltung@strikegolf.eu. We will check the whereabouts of the package for you and, if necessary, place an investigation.
11. Partial delivery
So that we can deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible, it can happen that we send you your order in several packages. After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email as usual. As soon as the packages leave the warehouse, you will receive a separate e-mail for each package with a tracking number.
Our ordering system automatically determines whether your purchase is made as a partial delivery. We have chosen this shipping option in order to be able to offer you an even better service and to avoid delays in shipping.
If you would like to return one or more items, you can simply send the goods back to us in one package. Please ensure that all return slips for the partial deliveries are enclosed with the package.
12. Login process
In order to be able to use the full scope of strikegolf.eu, you have to log in. Simply enter your email address and password on the login page. If you have forgotten your password, you will find the "Forgot your password?" function in the login area. You can request a new password there. Please note that the delivery can take up to 10 minutes, depending on the email provider.
If you are not yet a strikegolf.eu customer, you can do so on the start page of our homepage. If you have problems logging in, please contact buchhaltung@strikegolf.eu. We will take care of your problem as soon as possible.
